A full lifecycle service behind every machine we sell
SHOP24 is not a marketplace reseller. Every unit passes through our own workshop, and the same engineers stand behind the hardware for the life of the warranty.
Technical refurbishment
Full teardown, ultrasonic cleaning, thermal repaste, component replacement with OEM parts and a 48-hour burn-in cycle before grading.
Certified data erasure
Erasure to BSI and NIST SP 800-88 standards with per-device certificates. Physical shredding of failed media on request, with a witnessed destruction report.
Fleet imaging & deployment
Golden-master imaging, asset tagging, BIOS policy enforcement, Autopilot/Intune registration and desk-side delivery scheduling.
Extended warranty & service
12, 24 or 36-month warranty with optional advance replacement and a pooled spare-parts contract held in our Weil am Rhein warehouse.
IT asset disposal (ITAD)
We buy back and remarket your retired estate, providing a residual-value statement, WEEE documentation and a certificate of proper disposal.
Replacement parts supply
Refurbished and used spare parts from our own harvesting line: memory, SSDs and hard drives, batteries, power supplies, display panels, keyboards, hinges, motherboards, CPUs, fans and docking stations, tested, graded and warranted like a complete system.
Grading standard
Four grades, published and audited
Cosmetic grading is assessed under standardised lighting at 50 cm viewing distance. Functional condition is identical across all grades: every machine leaves our bench fully operational and fault-free.
